Setup Guide for Business Registry Sync app <> HubSpot
Business Registry Sync app integrates with HubSpot company records enabling users to:
Get the company info from the Czech company registry. And Update the VAT ID, Street address, City, State, Zip code & country for the HubSpot company records.
Install
Log into HubSpot.
Go to HubSpot Marketplace and search our Business Registry Sync app.
After click on the Install App button
First, it will take you to a landing page where you can choose your subscription amount, monthly or yearly.
Second, it will take you to the Stripe checkout page for your payment. You must fill the required field.
After successful payment, it will take you to a landing page where you select your HubSpot Account (Portal)
Click Choose your account.
Review the requested scopes on this screen. The Business Registry Sync app requests read and write access to the company, settings users, automation, oauth.
Click the Connect app.
You will be redirected back to your connected account “Integrations” page. The app started to work automatically.
Use App
Business Registry Sync app automatically works with your HubSpot company records. No manual actions are required. It will work when creating a new company with Business ID AND (Legal Country OR Country), modifying company name & business ID property, you will get VAT ID, Legal Country, Company name, Country, State/Region, City, Postal Code, Street Address in HubSpot standard & custom properties.
In the case of OAuth authentication error handling, we are using “settings.users.read” scope for sending emergency email notification along with Re-Authentication URL to the users.
Cancel Subscription
When you subscribed to our Business Registry Sync app, you will receive a email where you will get your customer portal URL and you can cancel your subscription along with that you can download your past invoices.
Disconnection
Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from the Business Registry Sync app, your HubSpot data will no longer sync to the Business Registry Sync app and automatically delete any data stored in the database related to the particular account.
Log in to your HubSpot account
Navigate to settings -> Integrations
Look for Business Registry Sync app
Then click on the action
Click the Uninstall
