Is our data safe?
Absolutely. We can deploy on-premise in your environment, or ensure data never goes through third-party public APIs. We sign NDAs, comply with GDPR, use enterprise-grade encryption. You have full control over access rights.
How accurate are the answers?
Private LLM always cites sources where it gets information from. You can verify the answer is correct. We use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), so the LLM only responds based on your data, it doesn’t invent. Accuracy typically 90%+.
What if the LLM doesn't know the answer?
It says so. Instead of making up an answer, it responds: “I didn’t find information for this question in your data.” Optionally, it offers similar queries or documents that might be relevant.
What data sources can you connect?
Practically anything: documents (PDF, Word, Excel), databases (SQL, NoSQL), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), helpdesks (Zendesk, Intercom), communication tools (Slack, Teams, Gmail), wikis (Confluence, Notion), code repositories (GitHub, GitLab), custom systems via API.
Do we need to have a data warehouse?
Not necessarily. If you have one, we connect to it. If you don’t, we build it as part of the solution. A data warehouse speeds up retrieval and enables more sophisticated analyses.
How long does implementation take?
Depends on complexity. Basic Private LLM with several sources in 4-6 weeks. If you need to build a data warehouse and connect 10+ systems, expect 2-3 months.
Can we start small and then expand?
Absolutely. We recommend starting with priority data sources (e.g., just documentation and CRM) and gradually adding other systems based on value.
How many users can use Private LLM?
Unlimited number. Price grows more with data volume and query frequency than with number of users.
Does it work in Czech?
Yes, fully. You ask in Czech, you get answers in Czech. It also works in English and other languages simultaneously – you can ask in Czech about English documentation and get a Czech answer.
What if our data or systems change?
Private LLM has continuous sync – new data gets automatically indexed. If you change a system or add a new source, we update the ETL pipeline. That’s part of maintenance.
Can we integrate into our applications?
Yes, we provide a REST API. You can embed Private LLM into an internal portal, custom application, or any workflow.
How do you prevent the LLM from revealing sensitive information to unauthorized people?
Role-based access control. Each user only sees answers from data they have access to. If a document is confidential for management, a regular employee won’t get an answer from it.
What is RAG and why is it important?
